In the world of sports event management, success is often measured by the size of the crowd šļø, the precision of the schedule š, or the number of medals awarded š„.
But after more than 10 years of organizing international sports events ā from aquatics championships šāāļø to mega multi-sport games š ā Iāve learned something deeper:
š The true backbone of every event isnāt the spotlight.Itās the people working behindĀ it.
Iāve had the privilege of working alongside amazing professionals:
š¹ Lifeguards who stood in the sun for hours
š¹ Logistics teams who made the impossible happen overnight
š¹ Translators who kept the world connected š
š¹ Volunteers who gave everything ā just to see the event succeed ā¤ļø
They didnāt chase credit. They brought passion, energy, and commitment šŖ.
Even when things went wrongā¦ā Weather surprisesš Last-minute changesš“ Long days and late nights
They delivered ā every single time.
If Iāve achieved anything over the past decade, itās because I stood shoulder to shoulder with people who truly care.
š To everyone whoās been part of this journey: thank you.
Letās keep raising the bar.
The next chapter is just getting started. š
